Set inside the courtyard of a robust Victorian factory-turned-artist's studios, the house is a light, transparent intervention that is delicately yet carefully hung from and woven into the fabric of the existing building. By day, the unoccupied house filters natural light and ventilation into the studios. By night, the house encloses from within to provide privacy, hanging weightlessly over the courtyard as a floating retreat into the evening sky.
